available for an additional cost of $35/day, valet only or you can

escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or
residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully
furnished & ready for move in.
Waikiki's large, white-sand beaches are minutes away. Ala Moana Beach
Park is just a five-minute saunter away. World-renowned Ala Moana
Shopping Center is only a ten-minute walk. There's also an abundance
of night life in Waikiki!

privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may
occur during your stay. Owners unfortunately have no control over the
outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM -
4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little
to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the
island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other
