The use of the adjacent Chinese restaurant room for breakfast provided plenty of space and the buffet was well laid out and kept replenished by the staff. Our bedroom was clean and kept nice for us. We had tea and coffee available in the room which was quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

Superb Sweden

Just a 15 minute walk from Stockholm central station. A beautiful hotel on the edge of the park. From the moment the extra friendly staff checked me in early, disrcibed every thing. A single person room big enough to be a double.Very clean with all amenities. Just 1.5 miles from all the museums but all busses are around Fantastic breakfast with all culinary choices available I rate the crystal Plaza higher than the scores given

Maybe not again…

Great room value…. Maybe…. Nice room but ..hard beds Warm and cosy room - but NO aircondition. Brakefast... Crowded,and crampie. Scrambled egg, but NO bacon !! Bread, yes, but probably yesterdays batch. And that was the same all mornings, so probably some frozen stash. With several bakerys around you could expect fresh bread at least.

The service from the breakfast/dining areas was horrendous, and so was the quality of the breakfast. We waited a very long time just to get our order, despite the breakfast area being close to empty. The young guy taking orders was rude and inattentive. Worst service experience I have had in my life, and we wasted the whole morning there by just waiting. Unfortunately, the room was located toward the street where a bar played high music until 2pm every day, and it was very noisy which brought the experience down a bit on the room as well, otherwise the rooms were OK (except for the so-called minibar which had nothing but water and milk).

Such a beautiful spot located near a lot of tourist/sightseeing areas within walking distance (though I like to walk a lot and far so I may be biased.) Lots of shops and dining areas super close by (definitely walking distance!) and tons of pretty buildings to look at along the way. The building itself is beautiful. Nice wooden doors, tile entryway, and carpeted hallways to ensure no one wakes up to wheels rattling down the hallway or footsteps clacking against the floor. My room was a standard single room. Though small, I found it the perfect size for just myself. There was a small closet, a little side table and chair, as well as a kettle with coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. I found the bed to be a good size for me and quite comfortable. The pillow was my favourite! Nice and fluffy! The bathroom is quite small. I'm 5"1 but still banged my elbows off of things (though that's not saying much as I am accident prone hehe). Still, it was very nice and clean. I was given plenty enough toilet paper for my stay and had the option of going green and opting out of having my room cleaned everyday which I loved! Breakfast at Ming's was great! Lots of options (more so the earlier you go) and lots of seating. The staff at the hotel are hands down the kindest and most helpful people. They always greeted me coming and going and answered any questions I had. They also humoured my poor Swedish the odd time I was brave enough to use it haha! Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend :)

De kamers waren niet echt schoon. Randen in de kamer en badkamer waren stoffig en smoezelig. De gordijnen hadden vlekken, de ventilator in de badkamer zat vol stof en werkte niet, de ventilator in de lamp aan het plafond in de kamer werkte niet (er stond gelukkig wel een losse ventilator in de kast). De dame bij de receptie bij aankomst was niet vriendelijk. Voor enkele nachtjes prima, maar niet om voor terug te komen.
