My stay here was awesome. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and funny. I libed the convience of this location. There are some great food places right down the street. It is located right next to the waffle house. I enjoyed my stay and wpuld definitely recommend.

While the staff were very nice, we didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Someone was knocking on our door late at night. I’m so glad I picked up my friend that day, if I was a solo traveler at that hotel I would’ve been terrified. I suggest that solo female travels do not stay here.

Horrible service. Stayed April 2025 ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. Very smelly and nasty floors. There was a picture of a couple directly facing the bed. Front desk person told us they cannot give extra towels because they were they were the only person working and needed to stay downstairs with their children. Place see seemed to be offering some sort of escort adult services. Someone was knocking on the door jiggling the door handle at 12:30 very scary. Upon check out these complaints were verbalized no one has contacted me.

Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Convenient location and friendly staff. There seems to be long term stays on the property so there was a significant amount of loud talking/yelling by adults and children as well as a loud TV next door until the wee hours of the morning. They also decided 9 am on a Sunday morning was a good time to drag a pressure washer up and down outside our room to clean the walkways. Too noisy a place for my liking for a get away.

Terrible service, horrible breakfast, everything is scarce, cold milk, few slices of bread, no cream cheese. Most days we are hungry because they do not replace the things that run out, dirty rooms, dirty bathroom and toilet, the room and hallways smell really bad, room keys do not work well, no MIRROR, dark, smelly sheets. the pool area with mattresses thrown outside. GYM DOES NOT WORK like they said it would, closed pool, THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, they just come in and put other towels, the bed was never made, trash was never removed, toilet was never cleaned. EVERYTHING TOO DIRTY. I really have NOTHING positive to say about our experience! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL -Dark, musty smell, no large mirrors on the wall - Disgusting breakfast. Everything is missing from that place, from utensils to even food. Nothing is replaced if it runs out, VICE WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT FOOD. - The attendants always have a bad face, giving bad answers. You can see on the faces of all the employees how lazy they are. Not helpful at all. - Signs everywhere saying THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING - The sheets smell really bad, nothing smells clean - They charge to clean the room but since the day we stayed they haven't even tidied the bed
