Disappointing
Reception staff is really slow - even though I arrived in the middle of the night it still took half an hour to checkin. Forget about calling the reception to ask for something - I asked for water and again it took over an hour, before I went and fetched it myself. Wifi is unstable and spotty. If they give you a room on the first floor facing the highway run - it will be very noisy. Also on the last morning they kept calling asking at what time I am planning to check out, even though it was only around 10 am

Hotel is situated far from beach but there’s shuttle. The stuff was helpful, the beds are good, the linens and towels are ok but the furniture and bathtub isn’t in good condition, quite tired.

very nice and easy to get
The room was big and nice with good view. getting out to the main rods in easy and the metro is close. Big parking space. If they would sell breakfast for a normal price i would raise the rating

A great stay
A fantastic hotel that is excellent value for money. It is in a great location as you are within reach of all the main spots in Dubai. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The only issue I had was the hairdryer in the bathroom - it overheats quickly so it is not practical. However the staff provided us with an alternative.

Miserable and poor staff Hotel!
The breakfast it's a mess. Overcrowded, very dirty, food all over the floor and tables, no place to seat. 1 hour before the buffet is closings they don't have much anymore, the food is questionable. The answer of the manager was just come earlier to catch some food. Was there for 4 nights. Absolutely a horrible experience. For even a lower price we continued our stay at one of the Hilton Hotels.
