It was most relaxing place since I came to Japan in mid June. I love the tatami floors everywhere even the stairs. The shower and tub room is ceader with wooden tub, very relaxing. The breakfast were amazing. If the traveler is looking for Japanese inn, this is the place.

The hotel is 5 mins walk away from the JR station which is extremely convenient to all passengers. The facilities are awesomely designed and well maintained. I love the build in onsen inside my room as well as the free private onsen on 6/F. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional.

Its probably a popular hotel very close to the JR station. The entrance and lobby were kinda crowded all the time. There were tons of Chinese Mainlanders, adults and kids, loud and annoying, some boys were even peeking at the female onsen entrance. However, no staff can be found on the onsen floor to manage or help.

距離越後湯澤站很近，雪地走路約8分鐘，附近有燒烤店，便利商店，很是便利，但吃飯的服務品質沒有很好，很制式，沒人情味，可能是距離車站很近的優勢不缺訂房客人。第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店行李要自己拿回房間的，還有到飯店大廳要拖鞋，並且自行拿去有鑰匙的鞋櫃放，行李進大廳輪子會被擦拭，但第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店，行李輪子根本有擦跟沒擦一樣髒，飯店因為生意太好，在服務上，或是交談上都相當冷漠且制式化，門口的換鞋位置太小，經常換好鞋還會被趕讓位，唯一可讚美的就是房內的浴室跟公共泡湯池很不錯，但公共泡湯的消毒水味道還滿重的。
