The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel listing is somewhat misleading! There is a large construction site which is viewed from the pool- it’s also extremely noisy, this can also be heard from the rooms early morning. The hotel is old and run down. There is also no atmosphere- it’s dull, old and not inviting. The GM was kind enough to assist us with finding another hotel - this in any case ended up costing me an extra £450 even after receiving a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Expedia were rubbish at helping us move and miss-sold this hotel.

All I can say, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. Everything is wonderful. The view is spectacular, staff are very friendly kind and professional. Service is amazing. It’s very quiet place, so if you like to escape to nice and peaceful place, this place is for you. Thank you for looking after us from the minute we arrived till we left.
