The hotel was lovely although our room had a musty/mouldy smell. We asked to look at another room, but this smelt the same. Not enough umbrellas around the pool. Breakfast food in serving dishes was not hot. Too much expectation on using apps to locate information, ie there is a cinema on site but couldn’t find out what was showing. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Overall though loved the hotel.

I enjoyed the variety and it was much appreciated. Nyepi day could have been very boring, and I was not expecting too much to do on that day, but it was great.
