It was great to stay at the MO Jakarta after so many years. Still the best place to stay in the city, in my opinion. It's the staff that make it so special - super friendly and attentive

Excellent service from everyone I came across. This is the standard all hotels should be aiming for around the world. In particular the service and comfort in the Lounge was extraordinary. Special mention for Jenni and Dewi who were both exceptional. The food choice for both breakfast and evening service was one of the best. Rooms very clean, room was big and bed excellent.

Mandarin Jakarta - 5 Star Service
The hotel is everything you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel staff and service were spectacular, the restaurants, club lounge, bar and pool area were outstanding. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a huge shopping mall that has a variety of restaurants to choose from.
