Felt welcomed but find out the secrets of the cost
Welcomed to the MGM at the front desk. Treated great. Got to the room which was a upgrade and not in the best condition for the room we had. No water avaiable except a $25.00 bottle that has nothing to say dont drink me unlesss you want to pay for something that you should drink every day. Casino was wonderful, Staff is incredible. Buffet is awesome. Inside secret you don't need the monorail. It actually is harder to get around on. walk or take a cab if you have to go far. Got a three day pass used it 2x in one day. The strip is awesome. Go to there to get drinks for the room and water. No refrigerator for your stuff. They make it know you'll be charged if you put anything in it. All and all we know it is a casino and they need to make money. But water and coffee for the room. felt like going out on the strip was more worth the money to get food and stuff to survive the week.

Pay a lot just to pay more
Be prepared to pay extra for everything. There is no refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave in the rooms. The rooms were decent but that is all. Nothing special. We had booked this room, especially for the lazy river pool only to find it closed for maintenance. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel was nice, we checked in early and our room was ready which was awesome. Our room itself was in an older wing with windows facing the back side of a building so we had no view. Over all room was spacious, just wished they would have supplied a coffee maker and refrigerator.

Bad experience
This MGM was a motel 6 quality room with a small stand shower and wallpaper and power line duck was hanging from ceiling. Will not stay at MGM any more.

Bad Experience
First night stay was terrible, loud noises coming from next door. The next day, when I asked the hotel front desk clerk if she could move me to the tower (suite), I was told no. I needed to be closer to the Uber pick-up/drop -off area because I was having trouble walking (sudden medical condition). Hotel management did not seem interested in helping but instead, moved me to another room inside their studio tower. Overall it worked out but the front desk service was subpar. I would not stay here again. Too long of a walk from Uber to the studio tower with a bad leg.
