You get wait you pay for...
Unfortunately our stay was 50/50. We had three rooms on a football weekend. Two of the rooms were ok but one had plenty of little friends roaming around. That group had to leave and check-in at another location diwn the road. Will not be coming back to this location.

We checked in our room and immediately left , there were cockroaches crawling along the walls , the owner of the property refused to give us a refund , very disappointed and disgusted, had to spend more money to stay at a different hotel

This place is a dump, stain sheets, ceiling falling, black out curtain is a joke they have cigarette burnt on them. There was a large pile of garbage right outside my room 126. Upon check in the reception was laughing and making fun of a guest her college was speaking to. To add insult to injury we were standing at the counter watching all this while waiting to check in. There are so many other option to stay at than this dump.

Stay Away! The room was completely filthy and smelled horrible. Smoke smell was overwhelming in a nonsmoking room. Moldy bathroom fixtures. I had to clean the whole bathroom myself just to make it usable. The beds were absolutely terrible and the pillows were a joke. There was a ton of hair and fur in both beds as well. A large hole in the bathroom door. A dog had clearly tried to chew it's way out of the bathroom door frame and there was still fur embedded in it. The doors and walls were disgusting with dirt and brown splatters everywhere. The room was really dark because some of the light fixtures were completely missing making it hard to see when getting ready. The "closet" was so short that we couldn't hang any long items like pants or dresses. Overall just a horrible stay. We will NEVER go back.

Not worth the money - unsafe and uncomfortable
Cockroach in our room, one heat knob missing, the other had no markings, we had a room for three but only one towel, the sink area light was out so we used our phone flashlights, the upstairs outdoor hallway is in bad shape - it is not level and feels like it's on the way to falling off, there is gray duct tape across the spots where there are holes in the deck. I have sent multiple emails detailing our experience and called four times trying to speak with a manager to talk about a refund or a discount. I have yet to receive a response.
