Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.

I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00). If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.

Unpleasant stinky smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The room smells off cigarettes and mould. The room is not clean at all especially the bedding not sure when they last washed it as there was dirty marks on it. Very loud and disgusting. Very rude staff as I tried to tell the black women about the stinky smell she ignored me as she was too busy behind the desk picking her nose. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pour le prix, c etait a la limite du convenable. Juste pour dormir. La douche est degueu. Cest une cabine/toilettes posée dans un coin de la chambre. Nous avions juste besoin du lit. on est arrivé a 1h et repartis a 9h. Mais pour un plus long sejour, je ne recommande pa du tout!!
