Nightlife in Daegu

Daegu nightlife scene is concentrated in 3 main areas: Yasi-golmok, Rodeo Street, and the Kyungpook University district. You’ll often see a long line of well-dressed youths outside popular clubs on weekends and holidays, but there are plenty of alternatives if clubbing isn’t to your liking. 

Bars and pubs stay open until morning, with local acts performing rock, jazz, acoustic, and indie music. For a fancy night out, check out Daegu’s music halls and opera houses, which host world-class ballet, theatre, and orchestras year-round.
