The hotel was clean and quiet, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay. However, we encountered a leaking sink and had to use a towel to prevent water from spilling onto the floor, as maintenance was unavailable at night to address the issue. NO HOT WATER - SURPRISE
No hot water and it is a known issue. I'm not sure how they can continue to rent rooms every day and knowingly not have hot water. This is a health issue and should be reported to the health department to shutdown this place until proper basic required essential ammentities are provided. I've requested my full amount to be refunded to me.

Check in was easy no issues. The room was clean but was very disappointed in the water pressure and no hot water. The water was even colder the next morning before check out. I told the guy at the front who did not seem concerned. I will never stay at this property ever again.
