The only thing that I liked about this property was the security guard at the front desk, and one of the waiters at the restaurant. Check in was very slow, staff was not giving me attention upon check it. The check in receptionist was terrible. Furthermore, when I asked the male receptionist for a late check out, the same terrible old female receptionist bleared something in Thai and told me that someone else was waiting for the room the next day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF A DEAL YOU GET! REMEMBER YOU'RE ON VACATION

FANTASTIC RESORT! - Would definitely stay again.
We were travelling as a family of 4 staying at Sareeraya in two suites with a connecting balcony. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They helped us numerous ways from extra bedding, arranging trips, advice on places to visit, transport etc. The staff at the chef table and around the pool were second to none and super helpful. The place has an authentic feel and fantastic views across the infinity pool out to sea. Location was great with a 15 min walk into Cheweng where all the action happened. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again next time.

reat resort with friendly staff
We stayed 5 nights at this property in a spa suite. The rooms are large and there is a partial view through the trees from Suite 201. The breakfasts were fine and the French chef offered to make a la carte meals to suit our dietary needs. There is a sullage smell throughout Koh Samui and you could smell this at times in the hotel - however this is a broader island issue rather than the hotel. He hotel used lemongrass essential oils to mask the smell.We thought we booked the best resort along Chewang Beach quiet but close to the action. Chewang Beach itself is pretty and the water is a lovely colour however there was quite a lot of pollution which once again was not a hotel issue but a Koh Samui issue. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and even helped me amend a flight booking by contacting the airline and speaking to a Thai operator. I would recommend staying at this resort

Dont waste $ for food here
Well first off the dinner on the beach for new years eve was horrdenous , buffet style dinner but all the food was extremly cold and poor selection of items , the only good things were the asparagus , for the cost of the food at this hotel your better off walking down the street and buying food from a street vendor for 1/10th of the price and it would be absolutley more delicious than anything this resort has to offer The included breakfast was not the best at all , all food here is also cold The water randomly stopped working in our suite as well just a fabolous time
