The staff of the Mint House's Hillsboro Village location has bent over backward to take care of special requests and other needs. A spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment in a great location. Great value for the price. My only caveat was there was some deferred maintenance with a loose poorly functioning part in the shower/tub and fairly stained carpet in the bedroom
