Great hotel will definitely be coming back. The only critique I have is that one of the cooks at the restaurant was a little more lazy than the others when it came to arriving on time for breakfast and one time when I asked to microwave some food for me he put the entire bag in the microwave with styrofoam and aluminum still inside the bag. I knew he had put the bag in the microwave because I saw him putting the entire bag into the microwave and then having to take it back out to remove the aluminum before putting it back in. Another chef, in comparison, took all the food out and microwaved everything in separate microwave containers before handing it back and even offered utensils and dishware. Also, many of the cocktails were not available so me and my date weren’t able to enjoy the drinks we wanted. Other than those few things this was a great stay and super convenient.

This an excellent small boutique hotel that is quiet , clean and well maintained. The staff is bilingual and they happily bring your car to the front door when you need to go out, which you will often do as there is a Starbucks nearby but not much else. Which is surprising as Providencia in general has many shops and restaurants . But with the lack of dining or shopping option comes less traffic and I would readily trade quiet and cleanliness for dining , entertainment or shopping options. The front desk staff were outstanding.
