Very bad service staff need to train how to treat guests you can’t order from room service because you need to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes and some times 1 hour no body is unhelpful with us buggy driver service is driving fast shouting on us over all zero experience

Loved the pool. Property is quite large, a bit of a hike to get anywhere. Complimentary Happy hour drinks in the lounge, if you book the right category of room, and free airport transfer If you book a suite. Overall excellent!

The best hotel , you feel like a sheik Extremely efficient check in In Reception Mr Vitalli was very efficient and kindness and his English very nice to understand The welcome had tamaras ( dates) and flowers This Hotel has the best 7restaurants in Abud Dhabi The price is better than Dubai Le Cafe inside you can take cofre with gold The hotel is magnificent One of better that I knew ! Unforgettable !!!

Must to stay al least one time to experience this magnificent hotel. The only things that I did not like was that hotel is not designed very good. For example, in order to get to spa from the suit I had to walk through the main lobby, which is not very comfortable if you are wearing a robe.
