Very helpful and efficient assistance from the staff. Super convenient location with just 5 minutes walk to 2 different metro stations in the shopping area, and also in walkable distance to the Bunds. They have also got a large variety of breakfast. My family and I will for sure come back again for our next trip in Shanghai.

Excellent location. Hotel staff(, housekeeping service staff are friendly and helpful. However personally still prefer hotel room with attached room instead of the “ open” concept shower and toilet concept.
