Mt Fuji views!
We had rooms 712 to 714 - fantastic view of Mt Fuji from our balcony and in room bath! Very good breakfast although as a larger group of 6, we sometimes had to wait a while for a table. Daily delivery of cookies, bottled water, orangina and coffee beans! Ice lollies in the onsen. Ample parking. Decor a little dated but overall a great hotel!

Its a beautiful spot away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing views of the lake, surrounding areas and of course Mt Fuji!!!! Via our own private onsen and balcony. Breaksfast was great, you have to book dinner. Would definitely drive when we go back. They do however provide a free shuttles to and from Kawaguchiko Train stations.

Gorgeous! Great size room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji and a bath on the balcony (very private). The staff is absolutely lovely and they will do anything for you to have a memorable and incredible stay. They have so many freebies as well (juice, wine, snacks, ramen). There is a full amenity section as well in case you need anything. The only caveat (which they tell you in the confirmation email) is that there isn’t a lot around and the restaurants close early, they do offer dinner on site which you need to reserve ahead of time. We had a little walk around and went to Lawson to grab some snacks (which is 20 minutes away on foot).
