Great experience in a nice hotel
It’s great that the hotel provide shuttle bus service from hotel to a nearby bus stop, and they come immediately once you call them. However, my problem is that I cannot make phone call with my phone when I travel. It would be great if they can accept other methods, like Instagram? Facebook? Email? (Supposedly they would check). Other than that, the stay was great, love the location, love the spa. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Staff for check in is abundant and helps with “Japanese” service. We stayed in a Japanese-Western combo room which was well updated and spacious for family of 5. 2 different big baths in annex which were both updated and nice!

Overpriced, old hotel, nice view of Mount Fuji
Disappointing for the price (even with my silver membership saving) we felt the suite wasn’t particularly impressive for the cost! We only booked this room as a birthday treat for my mother, as we all wanted to be together. A complimentary breakfast should have either been included or offered at half price! We were a group of five and were charged per person! The hotel is old and needs modernisation, both the communal baths are small and become overcrowded! The breakfast buffet selection isn’t particularly inspiring and is also overpriced! The only saving grace was the fantastic view of Mount Fuji! I doubt I’d stay here again!
