Too much control at the entrance
The rooms are pleasant but there is no heating which is needed as the room gets very cold with the high humidity in Lima. The bed sheets had other people's hair.
There is too much control when entering and exiting the hotel. They block your rooms card every time you go out, so you have to go to the front desk every time which is located in the second floor. The front desk calls a guard at the first floor for him to activate the elevator down to street level. You have to do this every time. Sometimes the guard is not close and you wait for ever
I will not go to this hotel again.
