Good one night stand 😜
Arrived late into GRU and had an early morning flight the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us to get a good night sleep and continue our trip. Nice that breakfast starts at 530am. Downside the dining room was a bit dirty by 6am. There is a free airport shuttle every half hour. Wasnt early enough for us but great if it works for you.

Slow check-in
The check-in took almost 30 mins. There was only one attendant, and several guests arriving. One attendant said he was closing his check-in counter, and left. The hotel should have put someone else or authorise him to do overtime, for there were several guests waiting, and it was close to 11 PM.
