Great hotel if you want to be in the heart of Cusco. Really friendly staff. A bit of a warning, plaza facing rooms are indeed loud if you are a light sleeper. If you get an inside room it’s very nice. Some rooms have refrigerators some don’t. No coffee maker in rooms but plenty of coffee on the 2nd floor. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The view of the city from the top deck is incredible! The breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant as well. The location is perfect, right on the main square.

Loved the location. We stayed for four night and felt the altitude the first day. This was the perfect hotel to have a bit of altitude sickness. Why I don’t like is that they didn’t clean up the room next day, they just made beds. They offered transportation from/to airport but you have to ask, then we had to paíd the taxi to the airport
