Really pleasant, clean, comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, and lots of food alternatives in the local area, and right next to a Fred Meyers (department store and food). I'd stay here again!

Quiet room, comfortable bed. Great breakfast and right next to Fred Meyer and Starbucks. And gas up before you go at Costco across the street! There was a homeless camp across the street but no troubles. About 15 or so minutes from Western Washington University.

Sydney at the front desk belongs across the street
Everything was great until the 5th night of our stay… I stopped by the front desk to redo our keys … The flippant front desk person named Sydney was incredibly rude and combative, on top of being completely inexperienced and inept . I will not be back until the property discharges this liability .

My family and I booked a suite with a king bed and 2nd bed included as a pull out couch. Unfortunately the mattress on the pull out couch was horrendous and painful, I felt the springs digging into my body all night. I don’t think it should be offered for someone to sleep on. Very poor quality and needs to be upgraded. The king bed was wonderful though, breakfast offered by the hotel also lovely. Staff were very polite and nice.

It was adjacent to a large homeless encampment and the nearby businesses seemed to have an unusual amount of security guards. To be clear, I didn't experience an issue, it was more of a perception of safety parking in that area.

We really enjoy this property. Couple things I notice this time that are different from our last few days is there is a fairly well established homeless encampment right across the street, and all those guys are hanging all around the place in the mornings and an evenings. Be cool room was quite warm and humid, and made it tough to cool down even when in the pool water. Would prefer to be on the third floor next time because kids were running around and jumping around overhead. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, room was very clean and tidy, bed was extremely comfortable.

Would not stay again.
There was several disappointments. First, the wifi in our first room was non-existent or paralyzingly slow. We told front desk after first night and we were offered a room change which the wifi improved immensely. The bathroom fans were extremely dusty in both rooms. We mentioned it and it was cleaned in second room. I dunno, just something I notice and clean all the time in my home. The containers that contained our shampoo, conditioner, etc were low and we could not extract any through the pumps. I mentioned to the front desk and it was not refilled for the next day use. Luckily I always carry some with me, so used my own. Our room was not cleaned one day, so I had to call to front desk to get towels refreshed. I had thrown them in the tub after use, so they were wet and could not be re-used. Lastly, they got our reservation wrong. Had us checking out a day early. I checked our reservation to see if I made a mistake… nope! Also across the street from a homeless encampment - I know that is part of society, but chances of theft or damage to parked cars is greater.
