Your comission too high for a 3.5 * hotel. Staff friendly and service v good
The location is super for tourists going on a cruise. Unfortunately there is not much to eat. Although there is a cafe next door, queue is long.
Hotel is conveniently located. Very satisfied with our stay 👍😊
It’s a good option for vacation and walk through all the places in downtown areas
On hotels.com, hotel looked like a higher end hotel. Once there, I realized it was in a part of town with so many homeless people. Made me very uncomfortable to walk around as well as to leave my car parked on the street. Hotel asks $30/day ro park in their lot. That’s quite high. I didn’t see a lot of amenities offered at the hotel.
The staff is friendly and plenty of things within walking distance
Cute little boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Cheezits are free, which I'm a sucker for.
Very basic hotel in Belltown, north of downtown, near the Pike Place Market. Lobby is small, but so what? Staff were friendly. One elevator, so during COVID, you have to wait until it is free, but again, so what? Room is small, but who comes to stay in their room. I highly recommend a courtyard room, it will be much quieter. The bed could have been softer. Remember, there is no parking. Metered parking is hard to come by, especially on 3rd, but is free after 8 PM and on Sundays. And it is cheap in the evenings too. I worried about how safe my car would be, but you're in the city, so that is the way it is. The dog park accross the street is taken over by unsavoury people at night, but just stay clear. Right now restaurants are going back to takeout due to COVID, but when open there are many great ones within blocks and a breakfast place downsize. Finally, I got a cheap rate due to COVID, I don't know the value when things get back to normal.
Everything about my experience was incredible. I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Easy access to everything. Everyone at the hotel was friendly with fantastic customer service. I absolutely loved it ❤
It’s just your standard basic room. Front desk guy was very polite and professional. Hotel was clean and felt safe especially for that part of town.
