Room 33 a Queen Room, on the small side, very noisy with vending and ice machine on the other side of its wall. No privacy as clear glass everyone can look in as walk to vending, laundry and breakfast rooms. Plus side close to centre of lake louise

Excellent rooms. Poor check-in & housekeeping
Awesome hotel room! Poor room cleaning - they don’t take out the trash. Checkin was very poor - the person at the front desk was on the phone with no acknowledgment of our presence or giving us an indication of how long they would be on the phone. They were more engrossed about booking another customer over the phone rather than serving a paid customer. I would still recommend the place as the rooms were fantastic and breakfast was good.

Enjoyable Stay in an Ideal Location
Spacious, warm, comfortable rooms, breakfast to cater for all, free parking & very frequent complimentary ski shuttle. Large outdoor lockers accommodate all skis & snowboards. The hot tub is very relaxing. The village is minutes away, with several options for food throughout.

First time Lake Louise.
Our stay was fine, no elevator was an issue but we had help from hotel staff to carry bags up. Didn’t know that the hotel comprised of two separate buildings. The included breakfast set us up for the entire day.
