Not worth the 5 stars
This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel.
Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism.
During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door lock and corresponding key?
I asked front desk for toothpaste and told me they don't have...
Overall, you feel the hotel is really aged and might be a very good one in the past.
I definitely encourage you to look for other 5 stars hotels in the region, otherwise you will get deceived
