We gave them a chance, and came back again. Still, they need better management and training of the staffs. The concierge are just not friendly. Non of them were friendly and make you feel welcoming to the hotel. It's the attitudes make us feel, they are doing me a favor to check us in. Thanks, but no thanks. They are probably under paid, thats why non of them are smiling and friendly. And the restaurant is not listed in Michelin guide, but they put a 2 stars. Ok maybe your chef is 2 stars in Madrid, that doesn't make your restaurant a 2 stars. Food and menu was terrible. If the 2 stars chef opened a burger chain, that became a 2 stars? I dont think so. The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not 2 stars. Our room, there was hair everywhere on the toilet floor, pretty disgusting. The shower door can't close properly and flood the bathroom. The hotel facilities are great.
