Overpriced, not worth its value
Super overpriced and appears a lot more luxurious than what it actually is. The hotel is impossible to get in touch with. There is no email, no direct line. I booked a double room fr my parents and when they got here apparently I only gave one name, and they charged them more for the room because it was two people. It was one night. I tried to get in touch with them regarding transport to the airport and just got a bunch of AI bots. Terrible option for price. Would not recommend.

Arriving late at night to Medellin
This hotel was perfect for my late flight to Medellin. Check in was good and fast. Great 24 hours room service since i arrived hungry. Room was okay. Breakfast was like a normal buffet, I just felt rush with the employees in the restaurant which made me feel uncomfortable. Anyway, it was a very relaxing experience in the room.Check out was fast and also felt uncomfortable with the lady that assist me. I would recomend just if you are arriving late to Medellin sincerely it has a great shuttle bus

Great experience! Only 5 minutes from the airport with free shuttle 24 hours which came in handy because my flight arrived around 10pm and departed Medellin around 6am. The concierge arranged taxis for our excursions and the restaurants are top notch with a free breakfast buffet second to none. Super friendly staff!
