Fantastic historic property, with the wow factor inside. Couldn’t have been in a better locn to walk around Zacatecas Historic Center. Hotel is a few stairs up a pedestrian walkway, on a quiet dead end street for traffic, across from an historic park. The good: super clean with tiles everywhere, quiet, best/new mattress, pillows, etc for the best sleep, view of city and park across street, very friendly staff, good security with someone onsite 24hrs to know who is entering. The not so good: Hotel should put a sign on the entrance gate, we walked by the hotel the first time. There’s a few steps to get to the hotel, plus the steps inside, no elevator. Wasn’t a problem for us. Hotel could upda

Where your well-being is a forethought in service.
The hotel is removed from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but close enough to walk to it. The hotel is impeccably clean with modern rooms that have enough lighting to make for a pleasant stay. The staff is always reachable and will resolve any issues one may have in a very timely manner. You’ll find that your stay offers more to accommodate your needs.

City of Many Hills and Stairs
We had trouble finding the hotel as it did not show up on Google Maps. We had to rely on the kindness of a local to show us the location. Once we did find the entrance (it would have been nice if there was some kind of signage over the door as we walked by twice) it was a long way from street level. Zacatecas has many hills and its altitude is over 8,000 feet. After the third trip to our room I had to count them and it was 92 stairs from the street to the room level. It got to be a little much for someone 68 years old and in reasonably good shape.

Zacatecas weekend
Went for a weekend trip and this hotel was great. The only thing is rooms have no A/C and the water pressure is not that good . Also , be ready to go up a lot of stairs . Location was great , plenty of restaurants in the area . Oh , the hotel has no parking lot , you will have to park in the sorrounding areas.

Cool property, historical and in great location, but don’t expect much for plumbing.. almost no shower pressure and hard to get hot water, I always did get it eventually. My room was small but clean and comfortable. No heating or cooling though. Impossible parking, and be prepared to carry your bags up at least a couple stories of uneven stone steps to get to the reception.

Basic hotel with lots and lots of stairs
Hotel was very basic for the price. You have to climb A LOT of stairs. I am in good shape and it still was too much for me. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with any kind of physical disabilities or the elderly due to the crazy amount of stairs you have to climb and it is worse with luggage. Rooms could be cleaner, I saw a lot of hair on the floors of the room and bathroom that were not mine and even in the halls. There is no A/C or fans. On the other hand, the WiFi was great and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of pretty much everything and was very close to the mine.

Inquire about conditions before booking.
Worstest hotel stay to date. Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. We had to carry our luggage for blocks thru construction sites. No sidewalks no curb service. Owner owns another location with better conditions and did not offer to move us. Would not recommend this hotel. Very unpleasant experience.
