The worst hotel experience ever.
The rooms provided to us were kind of a joke. We had booked a double bed room but we were offered such a small room with a single and the size of the room was comparable to a bathroom. The rooms did not even had proper locks and they gave us a screwdriver to lock the room. And the staff behaved rudely and asked us that they don't have an obligation to provide us with a room as we haven't booked the room directly from them. They asked us to reach out the app we booked from because they don't care about our bookings. The way we were treated was really humiliating and if strict actions are not taken against such a hotel, then I don't think I'll be using hotel.com for further future bookings...Hope you improve the conduct of your partner hotels as they are the ones degrading your image.

I had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming indifferent to the growing line of guests. When I finally reached my room, I found it to be poorly cleaned; there were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly sanitized. Additionally, the room was too dirty and had the worst smell imaginable. The air conditioning was non-functional, making the room unbearably hot. The bedding was the worst I have ever encountered, with uncomfortable, worn-out mattresses and stained sheets. The restroom was equally appalling, with broken fixtures and an overall unhygienic condition. The amenities were subpar, with inconsistent Wi-Fi and other promised services not being provided. The noise levels were unbearable. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was placed next to a noisy elevator and could hear loud conversations and footsteps from the hallway throughout the night. The hotel restaurant also failed to meet expectations, serving lukewarm food with inattentive service. When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, they were unresponsive and failed to address my concerns adequately. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and inadequate amenities made my stay very unpleasant. I demand a full refund for my stay and intend to report this hotel to the relevant authorities.

Its was so bad experience. First of all it was full of flies not clean right at the entrance. I had my wife ,my sister and my 2 month old child . Bed sheet wasnt clean at all. I ask for fresh bed sheets but they refused. Then they changed even with more dirtier sheets. Sheets even had hair and burn holes in it . Room wasnt fresh at all . It was hard breath inside room . Bad air condition.lots of spider webs . Also elctric switch board . Was all open inside restroom. It was so hard to sleep inside sweaty blanket.

The worst hotel in Delhi?
I've been staying in budget hotels this summer across Asia, so I'm well acquainted with low-end hotels. Sometimes you gotta make sacrifices so you can do more later. This one was something else, though. For starters, I've never stayed in a hotel before that didn't provide me a room key. Instead, every time I needed in my room, one of the staff went up with a screwdriver and jimmied the door open. And then they wanted a tip - every single time! They manually control the AC from reception. I had to ask every night for it to be turned on. About 1:00, it turned off and my room became an oven for the next 18 hours. It's Delhi, so I expect a stench, but the location was just horrible: right outside an alley filled with cows. The smell was awful. Usually a bed and a shower are all I ask for. But there's a certain baseline I expect from a hotel, and this one was just bad. Skip it and do something else nearby.

I am short of words to describe the property and the photos, I cannot believe how Expedia has led them have these photos which doesn’t depict anywhere near the true status of the property, it was dirty, the reception was non existent, I paid then went on to the room and felt unsafe, the guys try to shift us to another room nearby hotel and I denied, the add and their score is very misleading, in my experience of travelling around the globe I haven’t faced this in my life. I checked out within minutes same day went to another hotel called the Park paid what needs to be paid to have a good night sleep. I tried to contact Expedia but all I got unable to cancel also voicemail entering digits no one to speak to. Please be very mindful.

It was the worst experience ever. such a bad locality, no one at the reception. Rooms were dirty, bathroom were horrible, water dripping, no water after some time. Flush was not working. Such a scam property! The place is so shabby, no amenities, the room was so dirty, furniture was damaged, dusty and walls were chipping off. Basic facilities not available, the bathroom was so dirty, no hot water facilities, the faucet was broken and not working, no water to take bath, linen was super dirty, spider webs in the room, air conditioning control is with the hotel guys,they turn it on as per convenience. Room service pathetic, no food available. The locality is so shady, it’s in the end of the road in the market. Clearly I got scammed looking at the photos and ratings on Expedia. Such a horrible stay!
