Bureaucracy in the Extreme
Facility is quite satisfactory, personnel friendly, breakfast excellent & staff outstanding, everything clean and neat. However, accessing the facility was difficult, with numerous layers of redundant bureaucratic checking of documents and documentation at every stage. Because this process was so time-consuming and unnecessarily annoying, I would not be inclined to stay at this facility again.

This property should not be treated as hotel. It is just a sleeping lounge. This property is located in departure area of T3 and therefore you have go several security level checks, passports checks and signatures and photo ID. I will not recommend if you are expecting a hotel comfort. It is too pricey to pay for just sleeping lounge.

Do NOT book this hotel
Terrible experience with this Hotel, it is impossible to get hold of someone to get inside the hotel or even the Terminal. It was one of the worse check in experiences of my life. My wife was almost in tears that we may not have a place to sleep as we werent allowed in the airport without someone from the Hotel assisting us. Stay in Aerocity, it is a short cab ride from the airport with plenty of nicer hotel options.

I could not find the check in counter. Turns out it was a little booth in the airport terminal and I completely missed the sign for it the 4 times I passed it by. Even asking 2 different people where it was, I could not find it as I was looking for a hotel entrance, and there was just a booth. When I finally found it there was a phone I had to call to get someone to help me get through security to the actual front desk to check in. They were so very kind once I found them!
