Most comfy bed ever!
Room and hotel a little dated, however the bed was the most comfy thing I have ever slept in, the TV was great and big, and the shower lovely. The spa was included which was lovely.. And the breakfast had so much choice!

best staff ive ever come across
this is the second time ive stayed at the park inn in tallinn and i will be going back the staff are grate helpful and polite i asked two staff members for there names as they exceeded all my expectations one was called carman the other was ksenia i dont know there second names but they where the best staff i had come across in all the hotels ive stayed in they even servied a person from the usa minites before the bar shut and help him with food as he had just arrived wish more staff were like this in other hotels

my view off the park inn radisson in tallinn was so good staff very helpful there was one girl called carman frei she was so helpful with advise and imformation and also a ukraine girl i forgot her name but she was everywhere and worked so hard food was very good staff good spa/pool clean and warm transport accessable and town you can walk too in 5 minites

They need to redo the floor of the bathroom, every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded, it was a mess Staff sent a technician but he said that they need to keep the room free for at least a couple of weeks to work on this big issue Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the historic part of the city

Pleasant and good value for money
I only stayed for one night, but I am overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was fairly standard and clean. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Downsides - the room was quite dark as it faced the courtyard and there was no ceiling light. Also there was a constant noise from the outside aircon unit. It didn’t bother me but if I was staying for longer I would probably ask for a different room. The interior of the public areas is a bit outdated. Staff are not overly welcoming or friendly, but it seems an overall issue with customer services in Tallinn. But the best thing about the hotel are the free extras you get as a default by being their customer - access to the water centre and the gym. It was so refreshing and reenergising to go for a swim and jacuzzi in the morning before the checkout. And if I stayed for longer I would definitely use the gym too. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel and definitely come back.
