Nice hotel but with some issues. Despite having 5 stars, it should actually have 4. The breakfast was really good. The Sauna and Turkish bath were always off. Even going there to turn them on, minutes later the staff would turn them off. No need... what a shame! The room was spacious(511) but right beside the elevator, with constant noise during the night. Don't book that room!

Viseu
This hotel is largely used by many businesses for meetings and also for family gatherings or weddings. It offers free use of its garage and it does what is says. The spa is fantastic with the indoor pool being of extreme importance during the non-warm months. If possible, take advantage of the services rendered and if treated by Iliana (sic), expect the best.
