My husband booked this hotel for 2 nights after a cruise , it looked beautiful and also right next to Trevi fountain , when we arrived we couldn’t check in until afternoon which was stated anyway ,we left our luggage and came back in afternoon , the girl at reception told us to go up to 3rd floor to another staff member , who was nice she gave us the card for room , never said anything about free WiFi , that you couldn’t get breakfast , although they advertise that they do , the rooftop terrace is really small with bar prices at a very inflated rate , we went to room there’s no phone in room which is very unusual for a hotel , I opened mini bar fridge and there was a tub of gelato with spoon in it and a tub of fruit ( which had obviously been left ) the cleaner hadn’t checked the fridge there was tea / coffee but no milk , , couldn’t get Air conditioning to work room was roasting , shower didn’t work properly as there was no water pressure , and it needs a renovation , paintwork / wallpaper is dated , also it’s narrow stair case off the street with 4 stories there was a lift but that was old too !! I’m so disappointed with this hotel , the only good thing about it was the location !!Christine
