Horrible experience
After a long day of traveling, I get to the hotel at 1am. When I got there the door was locked. The gentleman open the door and ask how can he help. I said I had reservations for my room and he said no. All the rooms are sold out. I explained to him I had my reservation number and had The money withdraw from my account. There was no apology given as far as the hotel overlooking the rooms and no solution on how to help get another room. He said just go across the street. The gentleman in the front stated he told someone to take it out of the system because the rooms were booked and they didn’t. Not a great experience at all. I was traveling with my son at 1:30 in the morning to learn that the hotel overbooked not what you want to be in as a parent.
