I booked a large double bed room for my son and I but the breaker kept getting tripped. We never had electricity for the fist day and half. We showered and got dressed with cellphone lights. The next day, we were finally given 2 rooms since there were no more doubles. They were small with small twin beds that were uncomfortable. We were appreciative of the staff trying to do what they could but it was still an uncomfortable experience.

Location and staff at the Boutique Hotel Trevi are the winners. Staff bend over backwards to make sure you're well looked after and the location is a mere 20 steps to the Trevi Fountain. Some of the decor is a little tired, but everything is spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back soon 🇮🇹

My only real complaint is the shower. It was VERY small. I literally had to put half my body in the shower and bathe at a time. (I'm a big guy.). The water flow was very weak. It was actually easier to do a spit bath from the sink. Otherwise it was fine. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast spread. Great location. Reasonably priced.

This hotel should be closed for complete renovations. The washroom is falling apart. Mold everywhere. Dirty. I don’t understand how this dumb is getting 4 stars !!! The beds are dirty ( the sheets, the cover, the pillows…) the toilet is moving. This hotel should be illegal to operate by the ministry of health. The only good is the location but i would definitely not recommend anyone to stay there

Spacious and clean room!
Spacious and clean room! Location is a one minute block from Trevi Fountain which is great for getting there before the large crowd. Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows to adjust your body after a long day of walking. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel close to Trevi Fountain
Hotel is close to all the major attractions, especially a two minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Staff are helpful and room is clean. Air conditioning in the hotel is good. Breakfast is continental, but needs more selection of food. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was literally steps away from the Trevi Fountajn. It had stores and restaurants nearby on the same small street. It was a busy area but well worth the closeness to the iconic Trevi Fountain
