So upon my arrival, my reservation clearly stated that I was booked for a king size bed. When I checked in, they handed me my keys sent me on my way when I opened the door. I received a room with two queen size or two full-size beds so I turned around go back to the desk. Oh I’m sorry Mr. Lumpkin they changed your reservation. We are out of king-size beds. I said that’s not going to work. So after a few minutes, the gentleman working the front desk went and looked at another room and it was a king size bed so he gave it to me once we get in the bedroom. I come to realize once I sat on the bed that it was broken in half at this point it’s almost 3 AM and I’m so exhausted. I just went to sleep on it. I did address the issue with the front desk when we checked out that morning and they told me I would be getting contacted by management. I have yet to hear anything.

Not so clean
Room as nice but needed some attention as far as cleanliness. There were long dark hairs in our bathtub, and all over shower curtain. The bathtub was slippery from oil or something. Thankful we were on first floor, because elevator was on the fritz. Front deck lady was nice.
