Well run and convenient- our favourite!
Our second stay here at this hotel in the foodie district of Trastevere. This is the best hotel by far on our busy 3 week trip. It’s so well run, so convenient to restaurants and famous Roman sites- walkable to other districts. Breakfast served on the rooftop - I could go on and on! We love this place.

In the absolute perfect location. Staff was so helpful and extremely helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t get any channels in English for the TV and they were awesome enough to provide a chromcast so we had access to streaming apps in English. I will definitely book here again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a locations that is close to river and in a trendy relaxed vibe This area is ideal for evening/night life that’s not in city center yet 1 block away ya cross the river and bam, your in the center of it all!!

We liked the location and the room was nice. Terrace was super cute too. The lady that checked us in was also very nice. The problem is I forgot an expensive pair of shoes in the room, and when I realized this I called and was told they weren’t there. I knew for a fact they had been left there so this means they were kept by someone/housekeeping. Really sad considering we were just at another hotel close by and could have easily come back to retrieve them.

Let me say some good things first. The location in Trastevere is superb. Lots of small shops, restaurants and sidewalk bars. The hotel staff is very helpful and breakfast on the rooftop is a treat. Problems are mostly due to the age of the building. The hotel is four flights of stairs up. There is a tiny, slow elevator. Once inside the hotel space there are a multitude of floor level changes. One in our room was a constant falling threat. No one should stay here unless they are young and fit. There was also a problem opening the door from the street which kept us and our luggage outside until a resident opened the door to get out. The owner says he will correct this.

We didn’t like that the showers were not private. We loved the rooftop breakfasts, however they didn’t start early enough at 8:00. Though they did try to accommodate us by letting us request an earlier time. Loved the staff and ability to make an espresso anytime at our convenience. Also loved their willingness to store our luggage after checking out to accommodate our later departure time.
