Amazing hotel minus their restaurant staff
We stayed in the executive suite and it was beautiful. The service is incredible at this hotel. They cater to your every need and quickly. A vey great hotel. The Karma lounge has amazing food but their hostess and female serving staff are so so rude. They act like they are better than you which is weird as they are supposed to be catering to the clientele. The female hostess while we were there literally gave me a dirty look. It was outrageous. They need to re-hire their serving and hostess staff. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made it so I wouldn’t recommend or return to the hotel. It was weird… If you look at the reviews for the Karma lounge I’m not the first person to say this. PARADOX I would do something about this, it’s your Achilles heel.

Nice stay
We were on the 15th floor in a hypoallergenic room. We asked for both and they complied. We also asked to be away from any BARKING dogs. We've been burned at the Westin Vancouver with dog barking at all hours. We didn't hear one bark at the Paradox. Valet is a bit pricey at $55 CAD.

Amazing!
Amazing. It was in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. I loved how I could open the shades and drapes at the press of a butting. The bed was perfect and comfortable. It was truly luxurious and I can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel
The front desk was able to get me into my room early. The room was clean and well maintained. All the staff I had interactions with were polite. I was there for the Grey Cup game. It was a slightly higher end hotel than I am used to staying in, but if my budget allows, I'll stay there again in the future.
