I was traveling with my daughter in law and 4 granddaughters we booked this trip as a surprise for my granddaughters birthdays to spend one night in London after they went to Harry Potter tour , I had called the hotel to say we would arrive at 830 and was there Resturant still open? They assured me it was open until 10pm we had arrived at 815 to be told the Resturant was closing we were to hurry up? We checked in after a deposit was demanded by the reception staff I was told it was in case of anything breaking in the room I said ok I had pre paid €331 for the worse hell hole you could imagine. Blood stained duvet covers filthy dirty rugs stains on chairs no locks on the doors noises constantly from the stairs and I called the receptionist who did call to the room quickly, we showed him the duvet cover his response was the housekeeping is gone I asked were they ever here? This room is appalling he shrugged his shoulders and said that he would bring a fresh cover he did the place stinks and I mean it smells!!! I don’t recommend this kip to anyone especially with kids!!! We got out as fast as we could the next morning. FYI DONT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTSIDE PHOTOS ARE VERY DECEITFUL!!!

Excellent staff and service. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. As with many hotels we’ve stayed at, it could use more towel hooks in the bathroom - but that was the only downside.
