20 stars. Very beautiful, spotless clean hotel. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. Staff is very friendly, hwlpful ans respectful. Anything you could possibly need during your visit to Santorini, this hotel already has arrangements for it. From transportation, to food, to shopping, to tourism, name it, they have made it very easy. And the rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean.

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff does everything from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave to make sure you are having the best time. We had a nice stay at this hotel. The views of the water and cliffs were amazing. The “hot tub” in our honeymoon suite was warm, at best. They said they cannot make it hotter for “safety reasons” so that was a bit of a letdown. The immediate surrounding area outside of the hotel was not super convenient. You’ll need to drive to get to any of the populated areas with dining and shopping. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a pretty place to stay with average accommodations.

Wish the hotel had a free 5 miles radius transportation service. Apart from the restaurants on site and at neighboring hotels, all local restaurants are 5 minutes drive awa, which is about 35 minutes walk. I don't mind walking that far, but not when I am dressed going out for the evening with my wife. Other than that everything was great.
