PLEASE CLEAN the facility and rooms.
Booked this hotel because it accepts pets and I have two small puppies I had to bring with me. We stayed in room
105. Which I am assuming is the dog floor because we saw other travelers with their pets.
1. Shower curtain was ripped. I found someone’s toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived. Giving me the impression maybe a staffer had to go and forgot to flush.
2. Ventilation. The air conditioner has not been maintained. It has mold, dirt, trash. For someone with asthma was very difficult to spend time in the room.
3. The carpets have not been shampooed ever! Stains are all over the carpet and the $50 dollar fee you ask for each pet should be invested in cleaning the carpets and the rooms properly to avoid bugs and dust mites transport between travelers. Ow and the bed sheets were all also stained.
4. Breakfast area. Styrofoam cups? They are toxic when heated. Get better cups for your guest! Eco friendly where?
The food, awful, exposed to the housekeeping lady that decides to run the vacuum while the guests are having breakfast. I ended up spending a total of 4 hours in the hotel to just shower. I ran for my life. Will never ever stay in this hotel again!
5. Front desk clerk around 8Pm was pleasant. The young lady in the morning shift was flirting with two guys instead of assisting her guests and I had to interrupt her to ask her for help.
This is what we get for not researching hotels properly. I prefer to pay more for a better experience.
