Dear hotel supervising staff
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern about an inappropriate and unsettling experience my wife and I had during our recent stay at Resorts World Hilton in Las Vegas.
Upon checking in, my wife and I went to our room, unpacked our bags, and later went downstairs for a drink and a bite to eat. Afterward, I went to the poker room to play, and my wife returned to our room to rest.
While attempting to take a nap, my wife heard someone enter our room, assuming it was me. When she called out, "baby, is that you?" the individual continued to rummage through her personal belongings in the bathroom and then began going through items on the room counter.
When the woman noticed my wife lying NAKED in the bed, she proceeded to ask, “Do you speak Spanish?” and inquired if this was room 32381. My wife responded affirmatively, saying she spoke Spanish, but the woman did not respond. Instead, she left the room and that's is when my wife called me.
This experience left us both shaken and uncomfortable, especially as my wife had no prior warning or explanation as to why someone would enter our room uninvited. We are deeply concerned about the security protocols in place at your property and the unsettling nature of this incident.
I respectfully request a thorough investigation into this matter and would appreciate any updates on the steps being taken to prevent such an incident from happening again in the future.
