In the middle of a dark parking lot
The hotel was fine. Four walls, beds, and a bathrooms. Nothing special. The pull-out sofa bed was terrible. My son ended up just sleeping on the sofa instead. The tile floors were sticky. The hotel sits in the middle of the airport parking lot. Only one way into the parking lot in a corral type set up. Very dark parking lot. The hotel has a restaurant but the young lady working it was inattentive. We ended up ordering Domino’s. Overall not the worst but definitely far from the best.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice, but the room was not clean. The floor had hair all over it. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The restaurant that serves the free breakfast was very disappointing. They would not give our 2 sons plates, and their juice machine was not working. Our two young children do not drink coffee or tea. The staff told us that we’d have to make do. It was very disappointing.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice, most of them spoke Spanish so for our family that helped a lot! The only bad thing would be regarding of the smell on the hallways and elevators, they have a no smoke policy however people still do.

It does the job it's supposed to do
It was okay. Parking is very convenient and the check in process was okay (though I had to wait a while while the one couple ahead of me had a leisurely 15 minute chat with the person working there). The room is fine, though things didn't all work. Some of the light switches did nothing and the room was kind of dark. The whirlpool didn't really work the way it's supposed to. The room had a microwave and a fridge and it had what you need, but everything felt dated and not really maintained very well. It's convenient to the airport and assuming what you're looking for is a place to sleep right next to the airport, it's fine, but don't expect much more than that.

Called in to cancel reservation. Was told to contact booking agency to receive a refund. Booking agency reached out to the hotel multiple times to receive the refund and the hotel refused. I would have liked to give this property an excellent, but there were too many issues. Upon checking in another couple came down from their room to advise it hadn’t been cleaned. My checkin gentleman was fine although sucking on a tootsie pop the entire time. My television didn’t work, a very nice woman came and had to fix it, it was not attached to the cable. I ran the hot water for 40 minutes and it never got hot, only to find out it was plumbed wrong and hot was cold and Visa versa. I chose this property because it had free parking. One would think that the location is a bit off, however, it is located next to an airline employee lot that has 24 hour driving guards. Which gave me a sense of security. Although I had issues, I would stay again. I’ve been to most airport hotels in the area and this was by far the best value. It also has a restaurant and bar onsite.
