Marriott don’t like 3rd party customers
It was a terrible experience. The hotel told us if it was two of us coming in we had to pay for parking twice. The website does not state this. The ppl that checked in before me didn’t have that extra charge. The staff was rude and didn’t care how the customer was affected nor inconvenienced. All they cared about was I booked through a third party. I didn’t stay. I was so uncomfortable with the lack of customer care I left.

Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. I was with my sister and we both felt safe in the hotel and parking garage, as it was well-lit. I would definitely go back.

It was a great stay enjoyed the hotel but we had a big issue with someone(s) in a near room banging on our door at night. We had to call front desk several times to address the issue but it continued. Made for some uncomfortable nights and we even saw a couple getting a different room on a different floor due to the same issue. Security did come up but to no avail.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about this stay. The type of room I reserved was unavailable. Jason at the front desk put me in a different type room and agreed to compete valet parking for our stay. He did not. I’ve left messages for him to call. He has not. The GM agreed to remedy 10’days ago. He has not. This is beyond disappointing.
