Bad experience
I had high hopes for my stay at Barceló Guadalajara, but unfortunately, it was full of disappointing moments.
Room Mix-Up: Upon arrival, I was assigned a room, but when I entered, it was already occupied by another couple. This mistake made for an awkward and uncomfortable start to my stay.
Overcharged for Dinner: I had dinner at their buffet, but later discovered I was charged $130 for two dinners, which felt excessive.
Service Failure: I requested an iron during my stay, but it was never delivered to my room.
For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better service and attention to detail. My experience suggests there is a serious need for improvement in their management and customer care.
