AVOID THIS HOTEL!
AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!! I had travelled every years and this is the worst hotel experience i got. 1. They threw away customer’s items without asking. They trashed my receipts, hair brush box, hair spray lock, paper bags when they were not in the rubbish bins. They did not even apologise when they made this mistake. 2. They downgraded my room and said they have upgraded my room. My room should have a separate sitting area and the sitting area is the only reason why i booked this hotel. 3. This hotel is extremely inconvenient! You need a taxi to go everywhere!
