I was happy when I was told that there was a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. When I asked if it was the vehicle that was parked outside, I was told no. The shuttle was supposed to leave every 30 minutes; however, the guy showed up 15 minutes late and my friend who was tired of waiting when to use the toilets and the guy said he can’t wait two minutes since he had people waiting. I was the person waiting and he showed attitude when I told him that it wasn’t faired that I waiting for him for 25 minutes. The guy at the door told me that it was my friend’s fault that we will not get the shuttle to get to the station since she went to use the restroom. I don’t understand after waiting 25 minutes, the staff is blaming a guest. I went to the restaurant for food and the waiter barely helped us. The lovely guy from the bar had to come to the restaurant to help us. When I asked the waiter for separate checks, he brought only one and got upset when I told him about it. When I finally got to the room that day super late, I found out that I had barely toilet paper in the bathroom, it was never placed new toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the reception, which takes forever to asked them for toilet paper. I can say the guy who helped me was super nice and very helpful. When I went to check out in the morning, no one was at reception. After waiting for 10 minutes and a few “hello” to make people to come out of the office, someone showed up.
