Never staying here again
Starting at check in I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room which I declined. I was then informed that the king bed room I prepaid for was unavailable but that they would give me a free upgrade if I would be okay with 2 queen beds instead. I said this was fine only to go up to my room and find that I didn’t get an upgrade. The room I booked was the better though the front desk disagreed solely bc this tower was renevated. I went to the front desk and spoke with Antonio who was very kind and told me it wasn’t that my room was unavailable it was just not ready when I checked it. After going back and forth he told me to go get my bags and come back, ask for him, and he would give me a real upgrade. I did so only to wait for 45 mins for him to come back to me. I was patient at first when I saw he was with another customer but when he left to the back and never came back I was more than frustrated. Eventually I asked again for him and told them I was waiting for that long and his manager Chelsea came out. I expressed my concerns and she actually gave me a real room upgrade, $200 food and drink credits and Antonio came back and said he would send “a gift” up to the room in the morning for the problems. That gift never came. when I checked out I was informed that the food and drink credit I was given wasn’t documented in my acct. I was told when Antonio came back in later that day he would fix it and I would get a call. 5 days later, I’ve called many times with no resolve.

Rooms are very outdated and need a major renovation. Carpet is dirty, room phone doesn’t work. They could have compensated it with amenities and services but they don’t even have a shampoo. Very bad parking services (direction signs are misleading). And we were charged twice for parking (they charged parking with our room and told us to use our room key/card when we get out but ended up paying as the room key didn’t work).

Will not choose this place again
The facility is too big, we kept getting turned around, it took 3 days to get our directions straight. Ride share is all the way in the back. Also the hotel kept holding funds on my account, even after check in. When I went to inquire about it, no one could give a clear answer. The rooms and housekeeping crew were great.

Three days without a visit from housekeeping
My first stay in Las Vegas; thought I would stay at Ceaser’s Palace. When I arrived I was impressed with the staff. The illusion soon disappeared after three days with no housekeeping- to be clear the room had not been cleaned. Day two I complained and received an apology which I accepted. I told them I would be leaving my room the next morning at 10am. I returned at 6 pm to find three days of dirty towels still on the bathroom floor, dirty bath, bed not made up, over flowing bins in bedroom. I complained again and left to go to dinner. When I returned towels were changed, same sheets, surfaces not wiped down and floor not vacuumed, dirty bath. When I complained I was offered a $50 drink voucher; I was later told it was useless. The experience spoilt my stay. The foundation of any stay at any hotel is a room cleaned daily. Very disappointed!!!

Rip-off by hotel staff
This resort double charged me. I prepaid $167.60 through Hotels.com. The resort emailed to let me know I still had a balance of $113.26 for the resort fees, which I knew and was OK with. At checkout they charged me for a minibar that I never removed anything from and had taken pictures of when I entered. They also charged me AGAIN for my nightly room fee. They argued with me at checkout and I had to leave to catch a flight. In the end they overcharged me $326.85. I will be disputing with my CC
